Len Pagano has been called a social entrepreneur, having spent the past 25 years building programs nationally from the ground-up.
As President, CEO and Founder of the Safe America Foundation, Len has engineered the creation of programs that address emerging issues in driver education, international disaster response, youth safety and community resilience.
Mr. Pagano has formed partnerships with leading Fortune 500 firms such as UPS, Motorola, GM, Allstate, Pepsi, Porsche, State Farm and Cox Broadcasting. His skill at coalition building began during a career in chamber of commerce management.
While serving in senior management positions with chambers in Atlanta and Miami, Mr. Pagano created task forces that led a major political party to choose Atlanta for its 1988 national convention; and, then led a Trade Mission to London, seeking investments for Pan American business.
Len has served as an advisor/consultant to more than a dozen communities as well as winning 18 national awards for marketing and program innovation. He currently leads a staff of 18 from Safe America’s suburban Atlanta headquarters.
